Professional Appraisal Associate's® (PAA's®) mission is to provide lenders, investors, attorneys, government agencies, utilities, municipalities and private individuals with a professionally trained staff of appraisers who can perform value-added analysis and consulting covering the full range of appraisal services.  To ensure that its clients are served by high quality individuals,  PAA's®  certified/licensed appraisers are compensated with salaries, plus a full range of benefits which include:  health, prescription, dental and disability coverage, educational training, memberships in professional organizations, transportation and equipment reimbursements, plus errors and omission insurance and a 401K program.

The goal of the firm is to maintain a high level of professional services in order to attain a market share that provides for consistent growth and continuing education of the staff. In addition, PAA®  seeks to maintain a flexible, entrepreneurial approach in dealing with its client needs. For example, PAA®  will enter into alliances with a client on specific projects or strategic initiatives, when it will assist the client in successfully meeting its own goals and objectives.
