Mr. Souza joined PAA in 1990 as Vice President responsible for the Commercial Property Valuations Group.  He also specializes in feasibility studies, condemnation and other litigation related commercial appraisal work.  Mr. Souza has provided expert witness testimony before various Condemnation Commissions, State Tax Courts, County Boards of Taxation, Planning Boards and Board Adjustment, plus the State Superior Court and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court.

Mr. Souza holds numerous certifications and approvals from industry regulators and agencies including: MAI, SRA, SCGREA and CTA.  He attended Rutgers University where he majored in Business Management.  Mr. Souza also successfully completed various real estate and AIREA courses at the University of Connecticut, Indian and Tampa.
