Mr. Kachelriess has extensive experience in all areas of residential real estate appraisals.  He is a respected member of his profession who has earned a strong reputation for quality, accuracy and integrity in mortgage, relocation and condemnation appraisals, plus tax appeals and legal testimony, among other areas.

Mr. Kachelriess holds numerous certifications and approvals from industry regulators and agencies including: SCGREA, SRA, CRA, HUD, CRP Fannie Mae, MGIC and MSA among others.  He received his bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing in 1975 from the University of Dayton, Ohio.
