Mr. Kachelriess has extensive experience in all areas of residential real estate appraisals. A respected member of the industry, he has earned a strong reputation for quality, accuracy, and integrity in mortgage, relocation, and condemnation appraisals, plus tax appeals and legal testimony, among other areas.
Mr. Kachelriess holds numerous certifications and approvals from industry regulators and agencies, such as SCGREA, SRA, CRA, HUD, CRP, Fannie Mae, MGIC, and MSA, among others. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing in 1975 from the University of Dayton, Ohio.
Mr. Sodano joined PAA in 1980 as a real estate appraiser-consultant and has served as the firm's Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer since 1990. He has lectured extensively on the residential appraisal process for major corporations and law firms, as well as various government agencies and regulatory bodies.
Mr. Sodano holds numerous certifications and approvals from industry regulators and agencies, such as SRA, SCRREA, CRP, HUD, and Fannie Mae. In addition, he is an active member of the Employee Relocation Council (ERC), New Jersey Relocation Council, the Estate Planners Council, and Tri-State Relocation Services. He is an officer of Relocation Appraisers and Consultants (RAC) and is the group's incoming president for the years 2011–2012.
Mr. Sodano received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History with a minor in Political Science from the University of South Carolina (Columbia) in 1973. In addition, he has completed numerous academic courses in residential real estate appraising.
Charles Beyer joined PAA in February 2002, shortly after the merger of Beyer-Williams Associates of Succasunna, New Jersey. His vast experience with multi-family and commercial properties is a welcome addition to the established PAA family of real estate appraisal services.
Mr. Beyer holds numerous certifications and approvals from industry regulators and agencies, including MAI, SRA, SCGREA, and CTA.
Mr. Chiarello joined PAA in 1993 as a real estate appraiser/consultant and in 2004 became an officer as Vice President responsible for the Commercial Property Valuations Group. He also specializes in feasibility studies, easements, condemnation and other litigation related commercial appraisal work. Mr. Chiarello has provided expert witness testimony before various Condemnation Commissions, State Tax Courts, County Boards of Taxation and Planning Boards plus the State Superior Court.
Mr. Chiarello holds numerous certifications and approvals from industry regulators and agencies including: MAI and SCGREA. He graduated St. Michael's College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration. He attended Pace University MBA Program majoring in Finance and Management. Mr. Chiarello also successfully completed numerous real estate appraisal courses during the past 25 years.
Mr. Chiarello currently holds the office of Vice President of the Metro New Jersey Chapter of the Appraisal Institute.
